Refund policy
Warranty & Coverage
All products are covered by a 30-day warranty starting from the date the parcel is delivered. We take full responsibility for items that are damaged during delivery or become defective within the first or second use during this 30-day period.
If your parcel is not delivered within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. Timely communication is essential for express courier investigations and for us to file claims on your behalf.
Please note that after 30 days from the dispatch date, if an order is reported as not received, we may not be able to assist further.
Return & Exchange Process
To request a return, replacement, or refund, please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Service team at support@droprice.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your item.

Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue or defect.

Our Customer Service team will review and confirm the issue.

Once approved, send the item back to the provided return address.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Eligible Return Reasons
A. Quality Issues
Products may be returned if they have confirmed quality defects, including:

Poor workmanship or manufacturing defects

Significant differences between the received item and product images (including style or color)

Damage caused by inadequate packaging
B. Other Issues
Wrong Color Received
If you receive an item in the wrong color, we will issue a full refund once the issue is confirmed.
Please provide clear photos showing the discrepancy. Refunds are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
Note: Color differences caused by screen or monitor settings are not considered valid grounds for a refund.
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, you may choose to:

Exchange it for the correct item, or

Return it for a full refund
Please contact Customer Service before sending the item back. In most cases, you must request an exchange or return within 30 days of delivery.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
To process your request, please provide:

Clear photos of the defective or damaged item

The tracking number

Photos of damaged packaging (if applicable)
If the damage occurred during shipping, you may also open the package in front of the delivery person and refuse delivery if damage is visible. In such cases, Droprice will immediately ship a replacement.
Return Address & Shipping
Before returning any item, please email support@droprice.co.uk with your order number. This step is mandatory.
Depending on the case, we will:

Provide a return label through our platform for faster processing
Important Notes:

Please share the return tracking number once the item is shipped back.

Our warehouse requires the tracking number to locate returned parcels.
